Telegram Premium includes new tools to organize your chat list – like changing your default chat folder so the app always opens on a custom folder or, say, Unread instead of All Chats. If you are using Telegram on your PC, Laptop, or another device, your secret chat is only visible to your device that you started it. To start a Secret Chat, you can either tap on the option in the hamburger menu and select a contact to start the chat.
